The Judy
After a mishap at sea, on Sept. 18th, 2023, The Judy ran aground at South Beach State Park in Newport, Oregon. Crews worked for several days to free her from the beach and were eventually successful. During the recovery process, she was floated into the south side of the jetty, causing more damage and nearly sinking her. She was taken to a dry dock for repairs and made her return to the high seas months later.
